Privacy Policy

1. Who I am

This site is run by Kristoffer Solgren. This policy explains what I collect on kristoffersolgren.com, why, and who helps me process it. Questions: kristoffer@buildwithai.io.

2. What I collect

• Newsletter signup: your email address, the date, and where you came from (the page, any ?src= or utm_* tags in the link you used, and the referring website). Used to send you the newsletter "Reverse-Engineered" and to see which channels bring readers.
• Lovable receipt: the receipt you forward to kristoffer@buildwithai.io (name, email, plan, date, amount as shown on it). Used only to check your plan and send your Skool invite.
• Join clicks: when you click the Lovable partner link, a random click id and your ?src= / utm_* tags are added to the link so Lovable's partner network can report which channel sent you. No personal details are added.
• Emails you send me: whatever you choose to write.
• Server logs: the hosting provider logs standard request data (IP address, browser, time) for security and to keep the site running.

3. One email list

All my channels and sites (kristoffersolgren.com, BuildWithAI, MarketWithAI and others) write to one newsletter list. Each subscriber is tagged with where they signed up. I don't sell or rent the list. The newsletter form only asks for your email address. If you sign up, I email you the newsletter "Reverse-Engineered" (about twice a week) from one list shared by all my channels. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Receipts you forward to kristoffer@buildwithai.io are only used to check your Lovable plan and invite you. No phone numbers, no SMS.

4. Who processes it (data processors)

• Vercel: hosts this site and runs the signup function. Privacy Policy
• Listmonk (self-hosted): stores the newsletter list.
• Amazon SES: delivers the newsletter emails. Privacy Policy
• Google Workspace: the inbox that receives your receipt and emails. Privacy Policy
• Google Fonts: serves the site's fonts (your browser requests them from Google). Privacy Policy
• Skool: hosts the community you're invited to (skool.com/buildwithai-2338). Legal
• Lovable and Impact.com: Lovable sells and bills your plan; its partner network (Impact.com) tracks clicks on the partner link (lovablelabs.pxf.io/create). Lovable Privacy Policy

5. Cookies and storage

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It keeps your ?src= / utm_* tags in your browser's session storage for the visit, so the join link still knows where you came from, and remembers if you unmuted the video. Both clear when you close the tab.

6. How long I keep it

Newsletter data until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it (I keep a suppression record so you aren't emailed again). Receipts as long as needed to verify access and for my accounting obligations.

7. Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, deletion of or a copy of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email kristoffer@buildwithai.io. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

The site and the System are for adults 18 or older. I don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. International transfers

The processors above may store or process data outside your country, under their own safeguards.

10. Changes

I may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
